• Made with clinically proven natural fiber complex LitramineTM XLS-Medical binds fat (up to 28% of dietary fat - Uebelhack et al 2014) in your stomach to form a complex too large to be absorbed by the body, and then leave naturally. XLS-Medical Fat Binder also contains vitamins A, D & E to help you reinforce your body.
• XLS-Medical is gentle on your system: Active ingredients comes from an organic plant source and is well tolerated.
• This fat binder is also certified as a Medical Device Class IIb and IIa - which means it's been clinically tested for both safety and performance.

Recommended:

• Adults over 18 years - Take 2 tablets 3 times a day with liquid immediately after meals. Do not exceed 6 tablets daily. Always read product insert. Please read the product insert carefully.

Precautions:

• Do not take XLS-medical fat binder during pregnancy, whilst breastfeeding, within 2 hours of taking any fat-soluble medicines, i.e. oral contraceptive pills, or if your body mass index is below 18.5. Seek medical advice if you are at risk of osteoporosis (e.g. postmenopausal women).
• Keep out of reach and sight of children. Always read the product insert before using the product. Store in a dry place at 25 Celsius or below

We ship to houses and properties throughout the Republic of Ireland. These are the options:

1. €4.95 charge for all deliveries where the total cost of the order is below €45.00.
2. Free shipping applies for all orders where the total cost of the order is above €45.00.
3. Click and collect option is available from our brick and mortar shop which is free of charge. The shop is located at Walsh’s Pharmacy, Oranmore, Galway, H91 XF51. Customers can purchase their items online and collect in store. If you do not wish to enter the shop when you are collecting, you can park outside and we will bring your order to your car. You can call us at 091-702800 when you arrive. 

Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays and deliveries usually ship within one working day after you receive your confirmation. The deliveries are facilitated by An Post. 

There are no hidden fees or charges associated with any orders. We promise to be up-front with all delivery charges which may be associated with items you order. We only ship within Ireland so there are no import fees or customs to worry about.
