Nuromol Dual Action Pain Relief is a specialized medicine designed for when single-ingredient pain relievers are not enough. By combining 200mg of Ibuprofen (an anti-inflammatory) with 500mg of Paracetamol (a pain reliever), it works through two different pathways to manage pain. This combination is clinically proven to provide stronger and longer-lasting relief for up to 9 hours, making it ideal for managing acute, moderate pain associated with conditions like backache, dental issues, and muscular strain.

Key Ingredients

• Ibuprofen (200mg): An NSAID that reduces inflammation and targets the source of pain.

How to Take

• Adults (18+ years): Take 1 tablet with water and food, up to 3 times a day.

• If 1 tablet does not control symptoms, a maximum of 2 tablets may be taken per dose.

• Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 6 tablets in any 24-hour period.

• Leave at least 6 hours between doses.

What Medicines NOT to Take With Nuromol Because Nuromol already contains both Ibuprofen and Paracetamol, you must not take it with:

• Other Paracetamol-containing products (e.g., Lemsip, Panadol, or various cold/flu remedies).

• Other NSAIDs (e.g., Aspirin, Nurofen, or Naproxen).

• Oral anticoagulants (blood thinners like Warfarin) without consulting a doctor first.

1. €4.95 charge for all deliveries where the total cost of the order is below €45.00.
2. Free shipping applies for all orders where the total cost of the order is above €45.00.
3. Click and collect option is available from our brick and mortar shop which is free of charge. The shop is located at Walsh’s Pharmacy, Oranmore, Galway, H91 XF51. Customers can purchase their items online and collect in store. If you do not wish to enter the shop when you are collecting, you can park outside and we will bring your order to your car. You can call us at 091-702800 when you arrive. 

Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays and deliveries usually ship within one working day after you receive your confirmation. The deliveries are facilitated by An Post. 

There are no hidden fees or charges associated with any orders. We promise to be up-front with all delivery charges which may be associated with items you order. We only ship within Ireland so there are no import fees or customs to worry about.
