Domperidone acts as a prokinetic agent that targets the upper digestive tract. When your system is disrupted, food contents lag in the stomach, resulting in nausea, bloating, and vomiting. Motilium Fastmelts accelerate stomach emptying and normalize upper intestinal contractions to move food through smoothly. Simultaneously, it works by blocking dopamine receptors in the brain's chemoreceptor trigger zone, stopping the chemical signals that trigger the vomiting reflex.

Phenylketonuria (PKU) Warning: This product contains aspartame (E951), a source of phenylalanine. It may be harmful to individuals diagnosed with phenylketonuria.
For maximum effectiveness, take this medicine 15 to 30 minutes before food.

Place 1 tablet directly on the tongue. Allow it to dissolve completely, then swallow.
2.Daily Frequency:Maximum frequency.
You can take 1 tablet up to 3 times per day as needed.
3.Daily Limits & Duration:Strict daily & duration limits.
Do NOT take more than 3 tablets in any 24-hour period. The maximum treatment duration should typically not exceed 7 days. If symptoms persist beyond 3 to 4 days, consult your doctor.
Due to safety parameters, do not take Motilium Fastmelts if you have or experience any of the following conditions:
Underweight or Underage: Anyone under 12 years of age, or adolescents weighing less than 35kg.
Heart Issues: Existing cardiovascular conditions, including a history of a heart attack, heart failure, or a known abnormal heart rhythm (such as QT prolongation).
Age Caution: If you are over 60 years of age, you must consult your doctor before taking domperidone.
Gastrointestinal Issues: Gastrointestinal bleeding (indicated by persistent black stools or blood in your vomit), mechanical bowel obstructions, or a perforated gut.
Liver Disease: Moderate or severe liver impairment.
