La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+ M Patches offer targeted, localized spot care designed to accelerate the healing of active pimples and surface blemishes. It draws out impurities, excess sebum, and exudate while acting as a physical shield against environmental pollutants, touch, and squeezing. Designed for seamless wear during the day or overnight, these ultra-thin stickers blend invisibly into all skin tones to rapidly shrink spot size and soothe surrounding redness without drying out the surrounding skin barrier.

Key Ingredients

How to Use

• Step 1: Cleanse and thoroughly dry the affected skin area (ensure no creams or oils remain on the spot so the patch adheres properly).

• Step 2: Peel a single patch from the protective sheet and apply directly over the targeted pimple.

• Step 3: Press down gently for 3–5 seconds to ensure strong adhesion around the edges.

• Step 4: Leave on for at least 6 to 8 hours (or overnight). Remove and replace when the center turns opaque white with absorbed fluid.

We ship to houses and properties throughout the Republic of Ireland. These are the options:

1. €4.95 charge for all deliveries where the total cost of the order is below €45.00.
2. Free shipping applies for all orders where the total cost of the order is above €45.00.
3. Click and collect option is available from our brick and mortar shop which is free of charge. The shop is located at Walsh’s Pharmacy, Oranmore, Galway, H91 XF51. Customers can purchase their items online and collect in store. If you do not wish to enter the shop when you are collecting, you can park outside and we will bring your order to your car. You can call us at 091-702800 when you arrive. 

Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays and deliveries usually ship within one working day after you receive your confirmation. The deliveries are facilitated by An Post. 

There are no hidden fees or charges associated with any orders. We promise to be up-front with all delivery charges which may be associated with items you order. We only ship within Ireland so there are no import fees or customs to worry about.
