Losec Control is a well-established brand for managing excess stomach acid. The active ingredient, Omeprazole, works by directly inhibiting the "proton pumps" in your stomach lining that produce acid. Unlike antacids, which offer quick but temporary relief by neutralizing existing acid, Losec Control provides a more sustained reduction in acid production. It is specifically indicated for those suffering from reflux—where acid flows back into the food pipe, causing a burning sensation in the chest (heartburn) or a sour taste in the mouth.

How to Take

  • Swallowing: Swallow the tablet whole with half a glass of water. Do not crush or chew.

  1. €4.95 charge for all deliveries where the total cost of the order is below €45.00.
  2. Free shipping applies for all orders where the total cost of the order is above €45.00.
  3. Click and collect option is available from our brick and mortar shop which is free of charge. The shop is located at Walsh’s Pharmacy, Oranmore, Galway, H91 XF51. Customers can purchase their items online and collect in store. If you do not wish to enter the shop when you are collecting, you can park outside and we will bring your order to your car. You can call us at 091-702800 when you arrive. 

Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays and deliveries usually ship within one working day after you receive your confirmation. The deliveries are facilitated by An Post. 

There are no hidden fees or charges associated with any orders. We promise to be up-front with all delivery charges which may be associated with items you order. We only ship within Ireland so there are no import fees or customs to worry about.
