Ilvico Cold & Flu is a comprehensive remedy from Galenica, widely trusted in Irish pharmacies for managing respiratory infections. Unlike many cold remedies that use decongestants which can raise blood pressure, Ilvico uses Brompheniramine, an antihistamine that effectively "dries up" a runny nose and reduces sinus swelling. This is combined with Paracetamol to lower temperature and Caffeine to boost the pain-relieving effect while helping to counter any drowsiness. It is particularly popular for clearing the "clogged" feeling in the head and ears that often accompanies a severe cold.

Key Ingredients (per tablet)

• Paracetamol (325mg): For pain relief and fever reduction.

How to Take

• Adults and Children 12+ Years: Take 1 or 2 tablets with water, three times a day.

• Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 6 tablets in any 24-hour period.

• Usage: Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not take for more than 5 days without medical advice.

• Age Restriction: Not for use in children under 12 years of age.

2. Free shipping applies for all orders where the total cost of the order is above €45.00.
3. Click and collect option is available from our brick and mortar shop which is free of charge. The shop is located at Walsh’s Pharmacy, Oranmore, Galway, H91 XF51. Customers can purchase their items online and collect in store. If you do not wish to enter the shop when you are collecting, you can park outside and we will bring your order to your car. You can call us at 091-702800 when you arrive. 

Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays and deliveries usually ship within one working day after you receive your confirmation. The deliveries are facilitated by An Post. 

There are no hidden fees or charges associated with any orders. We promise to be up-front with all delivery charges which may be associated with items you order. We only ship within Ireland so there are no import fees or customs to worry about.
