How to Take
Adults and Children 12+ Years: Take 10ml (two 5ml spoonfuls) every 4 to 6 hours.

Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 4 doses (40ml total) in any 24-hour period.
Maximum Duration: Do not use for more than 5 days without consulting a doctor.
Age Restriction: Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.

Health Conditions: Do not use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, glaucoma, or an overactive thyroid.

Stimulant Effect: As pseudoephedrine is a mild stimulant, avoid taking it too close to bedtime if you are sensitive to restlessness.
