Gently shake the bottle. Have your child ready for bed or finishing up their calming wind-down routine.
Draw the liquid up into the dropper. Count exactly 4 drops of the liquid.
Place the 4 drops directly onto your child's tongue, or stir the 4 drops into a small glass of water or their favorite bedtime drink.
The dropper can be used as often as required. If your child wakes up mid-sleep or has trouble settling back down, you may safely repeat the 4-drop dose.Important Safety Note: Suitable for all family members aged 3 years and over. Use only under adult supervision. Excessive consumption may cause a mild laxative effect due to the glycerine base.
