Key Ingredients

• Omeprazole (20mg): The active acid-reducing agent (as magnesium salt).

How to Take

• Adults (18+ Years): Take one tablet (20mg) daily, preferably in the morning.

• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew, as this destroys the protective pellets inside.

• Trouble Swallowing? You can disperse the tablet in a glass of still water, stir until it breaks up, and drink immediately. Do not chew the granules.

• Duration: Can be taken for up to 14 days, though most users find relief within the first 7 days.

Safety Warnings & Restrictions

• Pharmacy Only (P): A pharmacist must review your purchase to ensure a PPI is the correct treatment for you.

• Not for Instant Relief: It may take 2–3 days of continuous use before you feel the full effect. It is not intended for the immediate relief of a single bout of indigestion.

• Red Flags: Seek medical advice if you experience unintended weight loss, persistent vomiting, or if you are over 55 with new/changed reflux symptoms.

• Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor before use; generally not recommended if breastfeeding.

3. Click and collect option is available from our brick and mortar shop which is free of charge. The shop is located at Walsh’s Pharmacy, Oranmore, Galway, H91 XF51. Customers can purchase their items online and collect in store. If you do not wish to enter the shop when you are collecting, you can park outside and we will bring your order to your car. Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays and deliveries usually ship within one working day after you receive your confirmation. The deliveries are facilitated by An Post. 

There are no hidden fees or charges associated with any orders. We promise to be up-front with all delivery charges which may be associated with items you order. We only ship within Ireland so there are no import fees or customs to worry about.
