Excedrin is a highly effective combination therapy for those who find standard single-ingredient painkillers insufficient. How to Take

• Adults (18+ years):

• For Headache: Take 1 tablet with a full glass of water. If needed, take another tablet 4–6 hours later. For more intense pain, take 2 tablets at once.

• For Migraine: Take 2 tablets when symptoms or aura appear. If needed, take another 2 tablets 4–6 hours later.

• Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 6 tablets in any 24-hour period.

• Duration: Do not use for more than 4 days for headache or 3 days for migraine without consulting a doctor.

What Medicines NOT to Take with Excedrin

Because Excedrin contains both Paracetamol and Aspirin, you must strictly avoid:

• Other Paracetamol products: (e.g., Panadol, Calpol, Lemsip) due to the risk of severe liver damage.

• Other NSAIDs: (e.g., Ibuprofen, Nurofen, Naproxen, or high-dose Aspirin).

• Blood Thinners: (e.g., Warfarin, Heparin, or Clopidogrel) as Aspirin increases bleeding risk.

• Steroids: (e.g., Prednisolone) as the combination significantly increases the risk of stomach ulcers.

• Caffeine: Limit coffee and energy drinks while taking this, as it may cause jitters or a rapid heartbeat.

1. €4.95 charge for all deliveries where the total cost of the order is below €45.00.
2. Free shipping applies for all orders where the total cost of the order is above €45.00.
3. Click and collect option is available from our brick and mortar shop which is free of charge. The shop is located at Walsh’s Pharmacy, Oranmore, Galway, H91 XF51. Customers can purchase their items online and collect in store. If you do not wish to enter the shop when you are collecting, you can park outside and we will bring your order to your car. Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays and deliveries usually ship within one working day after you receive your confirmation. The deliveries are facilitated by An Post. 

There are no hidden fees or charges associated with any orders. We promise to be up-front with all delivery charges which may be associated with items you order. We only ship within Ireland so there are no import fees or customs to worry about.
