Easolief Duo is an advanced pain relief treatment designed for moderate pain that standard single-ingredient painkillers may not sufficiently manage. It combines 500mg of Paracetamol (which blocks pain signals to the brain) with 150mg of Ibuprofen (an anti-inflammatory that reduces swelling and soreness). This "Duo" formula provides faster-acting and longer-lasting relief, making it an excellent choice for migraines, dental pain, backache, period pain, and cold and flu symptoms.

Key Ingredients

  • Paracetamol (500mg): An analgesic and fever reducer.

How to Take

  • Adults (18+ years): Take 1 or 2 tablets with a full glass of water.

  • Frequency: If necessary, take a dose every 6 hours.

  • Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 6 tablets in any 24-hour period.

  • Duration: Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time; do not use for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor.

What Medicines NOT to Take Because Easolief Duo contains both Paracetamol and Ibuprofen, you must not take it with:

  • Other Paracetamol-containing products: (e.g., Panadol, Lemsip, or various cold/flu remedies).

  • Other NSAIDs: (e.g., Nurofen, Aspirin, Naproxen, or Ibuprofen gels).

  • Blood Thinners: (e.g., Warfarin) without consulting a doctor first.

  • Oral Steroids: As the combination can increase the risk of stomach ulcers.

  • Alcohol: Avoid alcoholic beverages while taking this medication as it may increase the risk of liver damage.

We ship to houses and properties throughout the Republic of Ireland. These are the options:

  1. €4.95 charge for all deliveries where the total cost of the order is below €45.00.
  2. Free shipping applies for all orders where the total cost of the order is above €45.00.
  3. Click and collect option is available from our brick and mortar shop which is free of charge. The shop is located at Walsh’s Pharmacy, Oranmore, Galway, H91 XF51. Customers can purchase their items online and collect in store. If you do not wish to enter the shop when you are collecting, you can park outside and we will bring your order to your car. You can call us at 091-702800 when you arrive. 

Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays and deliveries usually ship within one working day after you receive your confirmation. The deliveries are facilitated by An Post. 

There are no hidden fees or charges associated with any orders. We promise to be up-front with all delivery charges which may be associated with items you order. We only ship within Ireland so there are no import fees or customs to worry about.
