Clarityn 10mg Tablets are a highly effective treatment for managing the symptoms of seasonal allergies (hay fever) and perennial allergies like dust or pet dander. Unlike older antihistamines, the active ingredient Loratadine is designed to provide powerful relief without making you feel sleepy or sluggish. It works by blocking histamine receptors in the body, which prevents the onset of allergic reactions. This 30-tablet pack offers a full month of protection, effectively reducing sneezing, runny or itchy noses, and itchy, watery eyes. It can also be used to treat skin allergies like hives (urticaria).

How to Take

• Adults and Children 6+ Years (weighing more than 30kg): Take one tablet daily with a glass of water.

• Maximum Dose: Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

• Note: For children under 6 years or weighing less than 30kg, a liquid formulation or specialized pediatric dose is usually recommended.

Safety Warnings & Restrictions

• Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Not recommended for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

• Liver Conditions: If you have severe liver problems, consult a doctor as you may need to take a tablet every other day instead.

• Skin Tests: Stop taking Clarityn at least 48 hours before any allergy skin tests, as it can interfere with the results.

1. €4.95 charge for all deliveries where the total cost of the order is below €45.00.
2. Free shipping applies for all orders where the total cost of the order is above €45.00.
3. Click and collect option is available from our brick and mortar shop which is free of charge. The shop is located at Walsh’s Pharmacy, Oranmore, Galway, H91 XF51. Customers can purchase their items online and collect in store. If you do not wish to enter the shop when you are collecting, you can park outside and we will bring your order to your car. You can call us at 091-702800 when you arrive. 

Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays and deliveries usually ship within one working day after you receive your confirmation. The deliveries are facilitated by An Post. 

There are no hidden fees or charges associated with any orders. We promise to be up-front with all delivery charges which may be associated with items you order. We only ship within Ireland so there are no import fees or customs to worry about.
