Calchchew D3 Forte 500mg 60 chewable tablets

Lemon flavoured chewable tablets containing calcium and vitamin D3 which are both important substances for bone formation.

Calcichew D3 Forte is used to treat and prevent vitamin D and/or calcium deficiency, which may occur when your diet or lifestyle does not provide enough, or when body requirements are increased. This medicine may also be prescribed or recommended for certain bone conditions, for example osteoporosis, or during pregnancy.

How to Take Calcichew D3 Forte (Always take Calcichew- D3 Forte Tablets exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.):

• Adults: The recommended dose is two tablets a day, preferably one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening. The tablet may be chewed or sucked.
• Children: Calcichew-D3 Forte chewable tablets are not recommended for use in children
• If you have taken more Calcichew- D3 Forte than you should, talk to your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
• If you forget to take Calcichew- D3 Forte Chewable Tablets do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten tablet.
• Always read the leaflet. If you have any further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Ingredients

• Active Ingredients: 1250mg calcium carbonate (equivalent to 500mg calcium) and 400IU colecalciferol (equivalent to 10 micrograms vitamin D3)
• Other Ingredients: xylitol (E967), povidone, isomalt (E953), fatty acid mono- and diglycerides, magnesium stearate, lemon flavour, sucralose (E955), sucrose, tocopherol, modified maize starch, medium-chain triglycerides, sodium ascorbate and anhydrous colloidal silica

2. Free shipping applies for all orders where the total cost of the order is above €45.00.
3. Click and collect option is available from our brick and mortar shop which is free of charge. The shop is located at Walsh’s Pharmacy, Oranmore, Galway, H91 XF51. Customers can purchase their items online and collect in store. If you do not wish to enter the shop when you are collecting, you can park outside and we will bring your order to your car. You can call us at 091-702800 when you arrive. 

Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays and deliveries usually ship within one working day after you receive your confirmation. The deliveries are facilitated by An Post. 

There are no hidden fees or charges associated with any orders. We promise to be up-front with all delivery charges which may be associated with items you order. We only ship within Ireland so there are no import fees or customs to worry about.
