Each film-coated tablet contains double the standard over-the-counter dose, making it particularly effective for stubborn inflammatory pain that 200mg tablets might not fully address. It works by targeting the site of pain and reducing the body's production of prostaglandins—the chemicals responsible for inflammation and fever. • Important: Always take Buplex with or after food to protect your stomach lining. Swallow whole; do not chew.

What Medicines NOT to Take

• Other NSAIDs: Never combine with Nurofen, Advil, Aspirin, or Naproxen (Vimovo).

• Blood Thinners: Avoid if you are on anticoagulants like Warfarin.

• Steroids: Consult a professional if you are taking oral corticosteroids (e.g., Prednisolone).

• Medical Conditions: Consult your pharmacist if you have a history of asthma, stomach ulcers, or heart/kidney conditions.

Customers can purchase their items online and collect in store. If you do not wish to enter the shop when you are collecting, you can park outside and we will bring your order to your car. Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays and deliveries usually ship within one working day after you receive your confirmation. The deliveries are facilitated by An Post.
